How It Began

When it comes to the origin story of Precision Health and Performance, it's a straightforward one. Dr. Stine chose chiropratic care due to its wide scope of practice which he recognized would allow him to create a model of conservative care that would be able to treat a patients overall health proactively rather than reactively. With chiropratic care, he's able to combine manaul and rehab therapies from a primary care perspective. Dr. Stine works from a holistic approach to identify what treatments may be most beneficial for their specific case. He recognizes that health is a combination of physical, mental and emotional, social, and environmental factors and treats patients through an integrated approach of positive and sustainable lifestyle changes and nutrition in addition to manaul therapies for comprehenssive whole-body treatment.

N=1: Your Well-being Matters

At Precision Health and Performance, the focus is on you. Your journey to better health is a partnership, and every step is taken with your unique needs in mind. Your wellness is the priority, every single day. That's why we use the the n=1 principle.

In short, this means that every patient at Precision Health and Performance will receive individualized care that is tailored to their needs. “N” is used as the number of people included in a scientific study. Every patient that comes into our office is a ‘new study’ and should be treated as such.

The idea of n=1 is not something we invented here at Precision, but ever since we learned about it, it has been a principle that has resonated with us and which we work to embody in our care.

We believe in being evidence informed care, but in reality no amount of research will tell us exactly how to treat you as an individual. So while we can use the research to guide our approach and treatments the best source of information on whether a treatment is working or not, is you.
